Great Lakes Transport

Keystone’s Key Lakes subsidiaries operate, and perform the technical management of, eight vessels transporting a broad range of commodities to fresh water ports throughout the Great Lakes. The cargoes we carry include iron ore, taconite, sugar stone, limestone, coal, and other aggregates.

In addition to the safe handling of cargoes onboard these vessels, Key Lakes performs major engine overhauls, and conversion and life extension projects to ensure the longest, safest, and most efficient use of this Fleet.

Key Lakes has extensive safe-handling experience operating in these sensitive waters known for extreme temperatures and weather conditions.
